A Teacher, or Classroom Instructor, is responsible for supervising, educating and supporting students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks. Their duties include planning lessons that target specific skills and concepts, managing classroom behavior to keep all students engaged in the lesson and providing individual support and feedback for their students
- Ability to develop lesson plans and successfully instruct students in theories, methods and tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with others and clearly express complex ideas
- Proficient active listening skills to understand and adapt to students’ various learning needs

Coach duties and responsibilities
A successful Coach should have extensive experience in the sport and be able to teach others how to play. Their main responsibility is to guide the team throughout the sports season with some specific duties and responsibilities, including:
- Planning and leading practice sessions
- Creating strategies to lead the team to victory in competitions
- Providing feedback and coaching during competitions
- Maintaining player and team records
- Recruiting new athletes for the team
- Mentoring players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game
- Motivating players to improve
- Maintaining the equipment and facilities to ensure safe playing conditions
